Andrew Hicks
Founder & Managing Partner
Andrew currently serves as the managing partner, running the day-to-day operations of the firm. He founded Clearfork Capital Partners with a vision to provide business owners with not only a monetary exit but with the peace of mind that the right person will be a steward of what they've built in the local economy for decades to come.
Andrew is a recent graduate of TCU’s Neeley School of Business MBA program concentrating in Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Data Analytics. During his studies, he served as President of both the Entrepreneurship Club and Finance Club. Outside of the classroom, Andrew was one of two MBA students chosen for an 18-month fellowship program with the Cowtown Angels, an investment network that gives local angel investors a platform to invest in early-stage ventures. In addition to his responsibilities with the Cowtown Angels, he worked as a spring MBA intern for Summit Peak Investments, a venture capital fund of funds, DigitalDX Ventures, a bay area venture capital fund focused on Medical A.I., for Lowden Street Capital, a micro private equity firm that focused on buying small businesses in rural communities, and lastly, he worked for Idera, a private equity software holding company.
Prior to starting his MBA, Andrew was an experienced entrepreneur and early-stage startup operator. Serving as the Director of Sales for Lower48 Analytics, and Head of Business Development for RunTitle, both early-stage oil and gas technology companies located in Austin, TX. In addition to these two roles, Andrew also spent time working in finance with Merrill Lynch.
Andrew was born and raised in Fort Worth, TX, and is a 4th generation graduate of TCU, receiving his bachelor's degree in Communication. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, fly fishing, exploring new restaurants, attending all TCU sporting events, and spending time with his wife and family.

Partner, Fourco Holdings
Andrew currently serves as the founder and partner for Fort Worth-based Fourco Holdings. In addition to running the day to day of Fourco, Andrew currently serves as a board member and Managing Partner of Work Wear Safety Shoes, Illumination Fireworks, and AMCO Transportation, where is he responsible for oversight of major initiatives relating to mergers & acquisitions, finance & banking, and board-level strategy.
Prior to founding Fourco Holdings, Andrew worked as CFO of ResiDental Associates, a mobile dental service company focused on long-term care facilities, before leading the sale of the company to a private equity firm. Andrew’s past experience includes working as an investment banker with Dallas-based VisionCap Investments and as a business development/private investment arm for Leaday Capital, a West Texas family office. Andrew received a BA, JD, MBA and MS Finance from Texas Tech University.
